Returns & Exchanges

NunYas Fishing Gear & Tackle has gone to great lengths to ensure all of our products meet high quality standards but we understand that in some instances there may be a reason you would like to get a refund or exchange an item.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a gift card in the amount of your original payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be in new condition and be returned in original packaging unless product was damaged upon arrival. 
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please send an email returns@nunyastackle.com and provide a brief explanation of the reason of the return as well as your preferred method of exchange, store credit, or gift card.
  2. If the item is damaged upon arrival we apologize that this happened. Please just send us an email to returns@nunyastackle.com along with photos and order ID and we will get it resolved and exchanged as quickly as possible. (Photos are needed just so we are able to get the item returned to our vendors)

One last thing to note, If you are shipping an item over $75, you might want consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as with any company shipping products, packages can get lost in transit.
